Counselling
Counselling is a service that lends itself to distance as well as face to face. This is because it has been proven that those who have difficuties sometimes need the empowerment of being able to turn the camera off. This has been found with those who have eating disorders and HIV.
Counselling is offered by a variety of experts including psychiatrists and specialists who work with eating disorders and AIDS/HIV.
Counselling can be done either through email, phone or video conferencing.
Many issues are dealt with, including life skills and employment issues.
