Do you provide a User guide/training?
Yes, you will receive all the support, guidance and training, including business training to match your specific needs, free of charge.

If I change my mind can I get out?
Yes, you have a period of two weeks from signing up to change your mind if the system does not provide the service you need.

Do you tell me which syndromes I can work with?

What happens if I lose the camera/break the camera?
You will be able to replace it provided you are insured correctly.

Do I have to be registered with the Health Professionals Council?
Yes, if you operate from within the UK. If you operate from outside the UK you must provide evidence that you belong to a similar organisation.

If I introduce this way of working do I need to tell Touch the Sky?
Yes. You cannot receive the benefits if you do not.

Can I give Training sessions over the link?

Do I get to see the Database?
You do not have personal access to the database other than through Touch the Sky. However, you will be creating your own database which will be a sub-set of the main item.

How does the database work for me?
You state your needs or skills and Touch the Sky matches those on your behalf.

Who do I complain to?
Touch the Sky, who will then take up the issue on your behalf.

Is there a complaints procedure?
Yes.

Is there child protection in place?

How do I know no one is watching or listening can you guarantee this?
The system works over encrypted links that cannot be accessed from outside.

Can I work abroad?
Yes, provided the location has access to business quality broadband.

Are there different guidelines for safety of confidentiality abroad?
No, the requirements are the same.

Is there a time span for support e.g. one month from the beginning?
Support/maintenance comes in many forms. You must choose.

Is there any of accessing details and networking through the web site?
Not personally, but all the data you need is available through Touch the Sky.
